Ingredients:

  • 200g ground pork

  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1-2 shallots, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Fresh herbs (like cilantro or green onions) for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pork:
    • In a pan over medium heat, add the vegetable oil and sauté the minced garlic and shallots until fragrant.
    • Add the ground pork and cook until it’s browned and cooked through.
  2. Add Tomatoes and Spices:
    • Stir in the chopped tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
    • Add the Thai chili paste (or chili flakes) and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes until everything is well combined and the tomatoes are fully cooked.
