Ingredients:
- 200g ground pork

- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-2 shallots, minced
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce

Instructions:
- Cook the Pork:
- In a pan over medium heat, add the vegetable oil and sauté the minced garlic and shallots until fragrant.
