Ingredients:
- 200g ground pork
- 2-3 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1-2 tablespoons Thai chili paste (Nam Prik Pao) or chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1-2 shallots, minced
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Fresh herbs (like cilantro or green onions) for garnish
Instructions:
- Cook the Pork:
- In a pan over medium heat, add the vegetable oil and sauté the minced garlic and shallots until fragrant.
- Add the ground pork and cook until it’s browned and cooked through.
- Add Tomatoes and Spices:
