Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) fresh spinach (or about 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for a crispy topping)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter (optional, for mixing with breadcrumbs)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Spinach:
    1. Fresh Spinach: Wash thoroughly and remove tough stems. Place in a large pot with a lid. Cook over medium heat for a few minutes until wilted. Drain and squeeze out excess moisture. Chop coarsely.
